All orders placed before 3PM EST ship out same day Monday – Friday. All orders received over the weekend will be processed on Monday.

FREE SHIPPING

At MasterCheef.com, we offer free shipping on all orders in the U.S. ($10.00 minimum). We ship orders primarily via the U.S. Postal Service but may also use Fedex based on lowest cost pricing options. Our free shipping service will be processed utilizing the least expensive shipping option averaging 3-5 business days for delivery to most U.S. areas. All catalog products are shipped from our metro Atlanta location. We do not work with drop ship vendors or 3rd party fulfillment centers. Any P.O. Box addresses are required to ship via US Postal Service.

MINIMUM ORDER

To qualify for free shipping, we do require a $10 minimum purchase. We do allow order checkouts below $10.00 but a standard $2.99 first class USPS shipping rate will apply.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING OPTIONS

We also offer expedited shipping services offering guaranteed delivery times including Priority Mail (2-3 business days), Priority Express Mail (1-2 business days), and FEDEX 2 Day delivery. Our shipping partner carrier rates are calculated based on order total and are detailed in shopping cart at checkout. Adult signature may be required upon delivery. USPS and FEDEX services include tracking and delivery confirmation. Tracking updates normally include record of package being shipped, arrival or departure from intermediate shipping hubs, and final address delivery. Our expedited shipments include insurance up to $100 in cases of damage or package loss.

Secure & Discreet Packaging

All packages are shipping in plain, unmarked brown boxes or envelopes. We also use standard USPS boxes as required. All return labels include our return address and company name listed as MC Worldwide. Credit card statements also list any charges under our business name MC Worldwide.
All packages are packed with the utmost care and secured to make sure that nothing breaks during the shipping process.

International Shipping

We currently ship to Canada via USPS First Class International service. We offer affordable and competitive shipping rates to our Canadian customers. Shipping rates are calculated based on order weight and are calculated in the shopping cart during checkout. Typical delivery times to Canada vary but average approximately 5-11 business days. International shipments are subject to customs duties and fees. Any tax clearance charges imposed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.
